He does so with a loud, wet kissing sound that makes my cheeks turn bright red.

Cullen stands up.

He stares at me with command and control.

His lips are glistening.

From me.

From what he did to me.

I slowly grab the dresser and just sit there, my body still throbbing.

Cullen licks his lips.

“Tell me what’s next, love,” he says so casually.

Then he leaves the bedroom.

I let out a shaky breath and have no idea if I’m the luckiest person in the world.

Or this whole thing is going to blow up in my face and I’m going to end up dead.

Chapter 57

Isomehow collect myself and look around the bedroom.

In the kitchen, Laz is making sandwiches for everyone.

He looks at me and smirks.

He knows.

I don’t even care how he knows.

I turn my head and I see Cullen, Ronan, Mattia, and Gabriele.

I nod to Cullen.

He stands up.

The rest stand up too.

“I’m going to keep slapping thesesam’ichestogether,” Laz says. “If that’s okay with you, Jaci.”

“That’s fine,” I say. “I know what I need to do next for Birdie.”
